RIGHT TO VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Whereas, it is
proposed by the VILLAGE GF TEQUESTA, to locate, construct, main-
tain, and/or improve a portion of Tequesta �rive in Falm Beach
County, Florida, in accordance with survey and plans on file in
the Office of the Village Engineer; and
V��iEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessa�y
t� said projects is subject to a mortgage held by the under-
signed; and
Tn?HEREAS, on I�ehalf of the VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA a request
has been made far the undersigned to su�ordinate said encumbrance
to the property rights of the VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA in and to the
portion of the prezr,ises hereinafter described,

understood and agreed that this instrument subordinates said

the VILLACE OF TEQUESTA in its use of the land specifically above
described for road right-of-way purposes only, and that nothing
herein contained shall in any way alter, affect, impair, minimize
or diminish the effecr of said encumbrance or the remedies at law
or in equity for recovering thereout, or against the parties
charged thereby, the full amount of all sums secured by and/or
