LEGAL DESCRIPTION
The North 140' less the East 25' thereof of the following
described parcel of land: A parcel of land in Section 30,
Township 40 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida,
more particularly described as follows:
For a point beginning comm�nce at a point in the South line
of Section 30, Township 40 5outh, Range 43 East, at a distance
of 215.21' West of the Southeast corner of the Southwest
Quarter of the said Section; thence Northerly at right
angles to said South line of Section 30, a distance of
300° to a point, said point being the point of beginning,

DiVosta et al Property
South From Bridge Road
Enclosed is a copy of a survey of the tract of land on
Bridge Road showing the Village's 10" water main running along the
west edge of the property nine (9) feet from the existing building on ,
the lot to the west and eight (8) feet from the west property line. I
The 25' by 140` east portion of the property belon$s to the I
Village of Tequesta and is ingress and egress to We11 Field No. 1. I, -.

The groperty is zoned C-2 under the Zoning Ordinance and the '�
required side yard set bacl� is at least ten (10) feet measured from the '�
side lot line to the side wall building line. '�,

Our records do not indicate that the 10" water main is in I
an easement and Mr. Otto B. DiVosta has indicated a willingness to grant
an easement for the water main in exchange for the Village's east
twenty-five (25) feet of the tract of land.
We have verbally discussed this matter with Mr. Sydow and
he prefers and recommends that the proposed easement on the west side
of the property be a minimum of twenty (20) feet wide, tnainly to provid.e �
at least ten (10) feet between the existing water main and the proposed
new building, so that the building will nQt be disturbed in the event
repairs have to be made to the water main.
We are trying to contact Mr. DiVosta to find out if he and
his group would be receptive to granting the twenty (20) foot wide
easement in perpetuity in exchange for the Village's twenty-five (25)
foot piece of property.
As soon as we speak with Mr. DiVosta, we will advise.
