lines, storage and pumping facil.ities, transrnission ma, ins, distribution rnains,
supply pipes, and other collection and distribution equiptnent, owned and used
by the party of the first part in the operation of its sewer system in Pa1m Beach
County, Florida.
6. A1� past and current custorner records, books, prints, plans,
engineering reports, surveys, plats and other information of the party of the
firs$ part in the operation of its sewer. system in Palm Beach Gounty, Florida.
7. All of the right, title and interest in and to all franchises of
every chara cter whatsoever and all certificates, imrnunities, privileges, per-
mits, licenses, license rights, easements, consents, grants, ordinances,
rights-of-way and all rights to construct, rnaintain and operate plants and
systerns for the collection and distribution and transmission of sewer and every
right of e�very cha racter whatever in connection therewith; and all renewal�,
extensions, additions or rnodifications of any of the foregoing.
