Box 638 Jupiter, Florida, 33458 Dear Bob; Enclosed herewith you will please find copies of two ease- ment grants from Village Realty, Inc, to Tequesta relating to certain public utility easements that were incorporated in the plats of Jupiter-in-the-Pines and Jupiter-in-the-Pines, Section B. The originals were shown to me by Amadeo Meitin, Esquire, attorney for Village Realty, Inc., and he wondered whether or not the Village of Tequesta would object. I advised Mr. Meitin that in.asmuch as these were an integral part of the water system, I could conceive of no reason why the Village would object. Accordingly, Mr. Meitin has filed these instruments of record at the Court House and I believe that they should be included on the agenda for the meeting of March for approval by the Council.
