VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA
PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD N1�ETING
The Planning and Zoning Advisory Board of the Villa�e of Tequesta will conduct a Public Hearing in the
Villa�e Hall located at the Villa;e Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida on
June 19, 2014, at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and continuina from time to time and place
to place as necessary to act upon the following development application(s):
SPNI 10-14: Application from Brian Hetrick, as agent for owner of Tequesta Steakhouse, for a
site plan modification to install an awning in the outdoor courtyard. The address of the proposed
application is 157 U.S. One North, Teqtiesta.
Related documents are available for inspection and copyina in the office of the Village Clerk at the
Villaje Hall, Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Public
Hearings may be continued from time to time, as necessary. All interested persons are encourajed to
come to the Public Hearin�s and be heard.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Plannin� and Zoning Advisory Board with respect
to any matter considered at such meetinbs or hearinDs, he or she will need to insure tizat a verbatim record
of the proceedings is made, which record should include the testimony and evidence from which the
appeal is to be based. The Villaae of Tequesta does not provide such a record.
