All construction, additions, and/or alterations within the V illage, except in districts R-1 A and R-1, must be
reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Advisory Boazd. The Planning & Zoning Advisory Board meets the
third Thursday of every month at 5:30 p.m., as needed in the Village Hall Council Chambers, 345 Tequesta
Drive. The applicant will be informed by letter of their scheduled meeting date.
� The Planning and Zoning Advisory Board sha11 have general authority as outlined in Sec. 22.53. Powers and
duties. After review and recornmendation by the Planning & Zoning Advisory Board, applications will be
heard by the Village Council for final approval. After approval by the Village Council, a building permit can
be issued by the Building Department.

"1'he applicant will submit to the Village of Tequesta Planning and Zoning Department the following
documents for Planning & Zoning Advisory Board review, forty-five (45) days prior to the meeting
date:
1) For new construction or additions, Fifteen (15) sets of professionally prepared site plans showing
(11 — 11 X 17 and 3 full size) all existing and proposed structures, setbacks, parking and loading
layout, ingress and egress, sidewalks and walkways, exterior lighting layout, dimensions of street
frontages and property lines and a11 signage.
2) Fifteen (15) sets (11 — 11 X 17 and 3 full size) of Landscaping Plans in accordance with Village
of Tequesta Code of Ordinances, Division IV, Landscaping.
3) Fifteen (15) sets (11 — 11 X 17 and 3 full size) of multi-dimensional color renderings and/or
photographs are to be provided. The Pianning & Zoning Advisory Board needs to see an exact
rendering of what is to be placed on the site. Color photographs or prints as close to the actual
colors to be used must be supplied. Since color printers often do not display the correct color, it
is recommended that samples of the paint chips, as well as a sample of the support materials (i.e.,
canvas, wood, metal, etc.) be provided.
4) One (1) disk containing application, documents and plans.
5) Any other documents that may help clarify the position of the applicant. -

Sorry for taking so long but I was waiting to get more feedback from our development department.
� Anyway, we select beige color for proposed canvas which plays very well with our future outside colors.
Also please note that you need to show in your plans more detail for anchor bofts at columns and then at wall. Existing
CMU cell must be infill with concrete where awning will be attached.

Attached are the drawings and color chart for the awning that we would like to install at the
steakhouse near the outdoor bar and seating area. The owners are ;liking the color 522 beige e�.
�i�we to go with their decor if possible. If you can let me know what DDR's preference is on a
color, we would be glad to accommodate to go with the new decor in the plaza. If you approve of us
doing the awning I would appreciate it if you can initial the drawings to proceed with permitting with
the frame work as soon as possible.
