Meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M.
A. Code Enforcement Special Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the
February 24, 2000 hearing as submitted.

Special M�ster Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, John A. Zedaker
and Barbara Rettig, shall comply wi#h AppendixA, Section X(L)(2) , of the Code
of Ordinances ofi the Village of Tequest� by the 25th day of March, 2000. If
Respondenfi does not comply within the time spec'rFied, a fine of fifty dollars
($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.

of Ordinances of the �Ilage of Tequesta by the 25th day of March, 2000. If

Sections 4-7 of the Code of Orditiances of the Village of Tequesta.
