The Respondent, Lee H. Garlington Trust, was not present at the hearing, however, there was a finding of proper notice. Code Enforcement 4fficer Sgt. Irovando testified the violation. Conclusion of law was that R�spondent is in violation aF Chapter 4, Article I, Sections 4-7 of the Code of Orditiances of the Village of Tequesta.
