Conclusion of lawwas that Respondents are in violation of AppendixA, Section X(L)(2) of the Code of Ordinances a# the Village of Tequesta. Special M�ster Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, John A. Zedaker and Barbara Rettig, shall comply wi#h AppendixA, Section X(L)(2) , of the Code of Ordinances ofi the Village of Tequest� by the 25th day of March, 2000. If Respondenfi does not comply within the time spec'rFied, a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. �hould a dispute arise r.onceming compliance, either par#y may request a hearing before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only. Conclusion of lawwas that Respondents are in violation of AppendixA, Section X(L)(3) of the Code of Ordinances af the Village of Tequesta. Hartley, shall comply with AppendixA, Section X(L)(30 , of the Cade of Ordinances of the �Ilage of Tequesta by the 25th day of March, 2000. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, John P. and Ann P. �unkey, shall comp)y with Appendix A, Secfiion X(L)(3), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 25th day of March, 2000. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of Fifty dollars ($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violatian continues to exist. Garlington Trust 1 fi4 Intracaastal Circie Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal: KEY WEST VILLAGE Lt 17 60-43-40-30-39-000-0170 Nature of Violation: Repeat Violation of Tequesta Code of Ordinances, Chapter 4, ANIMALS AND FOWL, ARTICLE I IN GENERAL, Sec. 4- 7, Animals creating nuisances, Pages No. 257, 258. The Respondent, Lee H. Garlington Trust, was not present at the hearing, however, there was a finding of proper notice. Code Enforcement 4fficer Sgt. Irovando testified the violation. Conclusion of law was that R�spondent is in violation aF Chapter 4, Article I, Sections 4-7 of the Code of Orditiances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Pautette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Lee H. Code Er�forcement Officer Sgt.
