23� 2000 hearing as submitted.

Viotation of Tequesta Code of

The Respondent, Heide A. Wilkinsan, was present at the hearing and testified
that the pit bull belonged ta her son's girlfriend. Respondent further testified that
the girifriend and dog no longer live at her home.
Code Er�forcement Officer Sgt. Irovando testified that the pit bull was attacking
officers, garbage men, and the animal regulation officer. He further testified that
there were do�s barkin� in the back yard �uhich constituted a nui�ance.
Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in repeat viotation of Sections 47 3 of
the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta; and that Respondent is in
vialation of Sections 4-7 of the Code of 4rdinances of the Village of' Tequesta.
Speciat Mast�r Paulette Torcivia ordered that a firte of fin�o hundred fifty dollars
($250.{y0� shall be assessed in accordance with Sections 4-13 of the Code of
Ordinances of the Villa�e of Tequesta. This fine is to be �aid by May 12, 2000.
If Respondent repeats a violation of Sections 4-13, a fine of tvao hundred fifty
dollars ($250.00) shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to e�ast.
Respondent shall be assessed one hundred fifty dollars �$150.00) per day for
each day violation of Sections 47 occurs.

The Respondent, John P. Flanagan, was present at the hearing.
Code Ertforcement Officer Sgt. lrovando testified to the repeat vialation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondents are in repeat violation of Appendix A,
Se�tion X(L� of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequ�sta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall
be assessed. This fine is to be paid by May 12, 2000.. If Respondents repeat
this violation, a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be assessed #or each
day the violation c;ontinues to exist.

The Respondents, Donald G. and Wanda F. Blauvelt, were not present at the
hearing, however, there was a finding of proper notice.
Code Enforcement Officer Sgt. Irovando testified to and produced photographs
of the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondents are in violation of Chapter 6, Article IX,
Sec 6-151 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Mast�er Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Donald G. and
Wanda F. Blauvelt, shall comply with Chapter 6, Article IX, Sec. 6-151 of the
Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 27th day of April, 2000.
If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment
Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 18th day of May, 2C100, at
10:00 a.m., at the Teques#a Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive,
Tequesta, Florida 33469. Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either
party may request a hearing before the Special Master on the issue of
compliance only.

X(L) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.

Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 28th da� of April, 2000. If
