John Irovando; Recording Secretary Betty Laur. Meeting was called to order at 9:55 A.M. A. Code Enforcement S�ecial Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the April 27, 2000 hearing as submitted. B. Fine Imposition Hearings: None C. Violation Hearings: Case No. 009948 Dana M. 8� Carol W. Anderson 4$ Yacht Club Place Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal: TEQUESTA LT 596 60-42-40-26-01-000-5960 Nature of Violation: Repeat Violation of Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Florida. APPENDIX A-ZONING, SECTION X, SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS APPLYING TO A SPECIAL IVIASTER CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING MINUTES May 18, 2000 Page 2 SPECIFIC, TO SEVERAL, OR TO ALL DISTRICTS, (L), Commercial Vehicles and Trucks, Recreational Vehicles on Private Lots {3), Page No. 1185 The Respondent, Dana M. Anderson, was present at the hearing. Code Enforcement Officer Sgt. Irovando testified to the repeat violation. Conclusion af law was that Respondents are in repeat violation of Appendix A, Section X, (L) (3) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be assessed. This fine is to be paid by June 14, 2000. If Respondent repeats violation of Appendix A, Section X, (L)(3), then a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be imposed. Case No. 008377 Andrew E. And Monica I. Armour 371 Franklin Road Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal: JUPITER IN THE PlNES SEC B LT 13 BLK 32 60-42-40-25-06-032-0130 Nature of Violation: Violation of Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, Chapter 4, ANIMALS AND FOWL, ARTICLE II, Dogs and Cats, Sec. 4-,13, Running at Large Prohibited, Page No. 259. The Respondent, Andrew E. Armour, was present at the hearing, and testified tha# the dogs escaped while workmen were about the house. Code Enforcement Officer Sgt. Irovando testified to the violation. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Religious Science aF the Palm Beaches/Mystic Life Church/Norman Burg, Jr., shall comply with Appendix A, Section Xtl, (C)(1), Page no. 1197, and Appendix A, Section VII, Page No.1138.1 of the Code of Ordinances af the �/illage of Tequesta by the 1 st day of June, 2000. If respond�nts do not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing will be held befiore the Special Master on the 15th day of June, 2000, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive� Tequesta, Florida 33469. Should a dispute arise conceming compliance, either party may request a hea�ing before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Lynne Aquino, shall comply with Chapter 4, Sec. 4-7, Pages 257, 258, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 19th day of May, 2000. If Respondent does no# compfy within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to e�st. D. Status Hearings: None E.
