John Irovando; Recording Secretary Betty Laur. Meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M. A. Code Enforcement Special Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the May 18, 2000 hearing as submitted. B. The Respondents were represented by their managers James Woodley for Tuesday Morning, and Madeleine Humphreys for RRC FL THREE INC., at #he hearing. The Tequesta Code Er�forcement OfFicer Sgt, irovando testified to the violation. Sgfi. irovando testified further #hat the Respondents made good faith efforts to resolve this violation. Conclusi�on af law was that Respondents are in violation of Chapter 10, Articfe IV, Section 10-4fi, I�age No. 588.2 of the C�de of Ordinances of the Viliage af Tequest�. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Tuesday Moming, Inc., and RRC FL THREE INC., shall comply wi#h Chapter 10, Artiele IV, Sectian 1 Q-46, Page No. 588.2 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 16th day of Jung, 2�00. If Respondents do not comply within the time spec�ed, a fine of up to iw�o hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per day, five hundred ($500.Q0) per day for repeat violators, may be assessed for each day the violation continues to e�as#. The Respondent, Jeffrey S. Vorpagel, was present at the hearing, and testified that 490 Dover F2oad had burned down. The Special Master has amended the Order to read 486 Dover R+aad and made a finding af proper notice to the Respondent. Code Er�forcement Ufficer Sgt. Irovando testified to the viofation and introduced witnesses, Mr. Von Frank and Mr. Griest. Respondent introduced Mrs. Siegel as his witness. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Chapfier 4, Article I, Section 4-7, Pages No. 257, 258 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Jeffrey S. Vorpagel, shall comply with Chapter 4, Article I, Sec. 4-7, Pages No. 257, 258 of the Cade ' of Ordinances of the Village of Tequest� by the 16th day of June, 2000. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars ($5U.U0) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to e�ast. Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a hearing before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only. Case No. 98-18012 bani�l P. Freas, was not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. Code Enforcement Officer Sgt. irovando testified to the violation. Conclusion af iaw was that Respondent is in violation af Appendix A, Section X, (L) of the Code ofi Ordinances of the Village af Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordersd th�t Respondent, Daniel P. Freas, shall comply with Appendix A, Sectiort X(L} of the Code of Ordinances of the Viilage of Tequesta by the 16th day of June, 2000.
