Chapter 9, Section 9-55. Schedule of User Fees, Page No. 539, The Respondent, William Richard Powers, was presentatthe hearing, and there was a finding of proper notice. SPECIAL MASTER CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING MINUTES August 24, 2000 Tequesta Code Enforcement OfFicer Sgt. Irovando testified to the violation. Sgt. Irovando introduced as witnesses Elaine C. Hines of the Medical Claims Processors Group, Inc., and Alex Nathanson of the Tequesta Fire Rescue Department. Findings of fact were that the date of the emergency medical transportation was June 23, 1997, and that the amount owed to the Village of Tequesta by Respondent is $334.00. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Chapter 9, Section 9- 55 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, William Richard Powers, shall reimburse the Village of Tequesta in the amount of three hundred thiriy four dollars ($334.00) by the 8th day of September, 2000. (A), Pages No. 640, 641. 2 SPECIAL MASTER CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING MINUTES August 24, 2000 The Respondents, Dennis L. and Peggy B. Ebersole, were not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. Code Enforcement Officer Sgt. Irovando introduced Joanne Burnsed, the administrative secretary for Tequesta. Ms. Burnsed tesfrFied that she has handled licensing for the past five years in Tequesta. Conclusion of law was that Respondents are in violation of Chapter 11, Article II, Section 11-24(a) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Dennis L. and Peggy B. Ebersole, shall reimburse the Village of Tequesta for the past due amount of tvw hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) by the 1 st day of October, 2000. If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine of up to finro hundred fifty dollars ($250.001) per day; five k�undred ($500.00) per dayfor repeat violators, may be assessed for each day the violation continues to e�ast. Chapter 9, Section 9-55. Schedule of User Fees, 3 SPECIAL MASTER CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING MINUTES August 24, 2000 Page No. 539. The Respondents, Charles M. and Amy M. Evans, were present at the hearing; and testified that there had been a period of fifteen months when they were not notified by the Medical Claims Processors Group and assumed the bill was paid by their health insurance. The Evans' further testified that their health insurance will not pay a claim ifi submitted 15 months after day of service. Code Er�forcement Officer Sgt. Irovando testified to the violation, and introduced as witnesses Elaine C. Hines of the Medical Claims Processors Group, Inc., and Alex Nathanson of the Tequesta Fire Rescue Department. Conclusion of law was that Respondents are not in violation of Chapter 9, Section 9-56 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village af Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that this case shall be dismissed. Case No. 0013542 Stacey French 2057 Joy Rena Lane Juno Beach, Florida 33408 Legal : 00-43-42-05-09-000-0030 Nature of Violation: Violation of Code of Ordinances of The Village of Tequesta, Florida. Chapter 9, Section 9-55. Schedule of User Fees, Page No. 539. The Respondent, Stacey French, was not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. Tequesta Code Enforcement 4fficer Sgt. Irovando testified to the violation. Sgt. Irovando introduced as witnesses Elaine C. Tequesta Code ErrForcement OfFicer Sgt. Irovando testified to the violation. Sgt. Irovando introduced as witnesses Elaine C. Hines of the Medical Claims Processors Group, Inc., and Alex Nathanson of the Tequesta Fire Rescue Department. Sgt. Irovando testified that Respondent arranged with the Fire Department to pay twenty five dollars ($25.00) monthly increments until her bill of $284.00 is satisfied. Findings of fact were that ��ie- date of the emergency medical transportation was April 8, 1997. 6 SPECIAL MASTER CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING MINUTES August 24, 2000 Conciusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Chapter 9, Section 9- 55 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village af Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Sondra M. Wakefield, shall comply with Chapter 9, Section 9-55 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by making her twenty five dollar ($25.00) payment, due on the 10th day of each month until the fee is satisFied. {f Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of finrenty five dollars ($25.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. Findings of fact were that the date of the emergency medical transportation was August 31, 1997, and that the amount owed to the Village of Tequesta by Respondent is $65.60. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Connie AI-Oiry, shall reimburse the Village of Tequesta in the amount of sixty five dollars and sixty cents ($65.60) by the 8th day of September, 2000. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Chapter 9, Section 9- 55 of fihe Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. 8 SPECIAL MASTER CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING MINUTES August 24, 2000 Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, John August Zoratti, shall reimburse the Village of Tequesta in the amount of sixty one dollars and sixty cents ($61.60) b� the 8th day af September, 2000. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to e�ast. Findings of fact were that the date of the medical transportation was August 9, 1997, and that the amount owed to the Village af Tequesta by Respondent is $346.00. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Chapter 9, Secfion 9- 55 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
