Address: 125 4�` Street, #2 Jupiter, Florida 33458 The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 28th day of September, 2000, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT l. The Respondent, William Richard Powers, was present at the hearing and requested a fee payment plan be accepted by the Fire Department. 2. The Special Master stayed the fine of five-hundred-five-dollars ($505.00). 3. Mr. Powers will pay the original amount of three-hundred-thirty-four-dollars ($334.00) by October 25, 2000. � " , d'� 4. Upon full compliance, i.e., total payment of the amount owed to the Emergency Medical Transportation, Mr. Powers may request a reduction of fine. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondent remains in violation of Chapter 9, Section 9-55 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, William Richard Powers, shall reimburse the Village of Tequesta in the amount of three-hundred-thirty-four- dollars ($334.00) by the 25th day of October, 2000. Respondent's fine of five-hundred-and- five-dollars ($505.00) sha11 be stayed. If Respondent fails to comply within the time specified, the fine of twenty-five-dollars ($25.00) per day shall continue for each day the violation e�sts. If Respondent fails to comply fully by October 25, 2000, the twenty-five-dollars ($25.00) per day fine and the original fine of five-hundred-and-five-dollars ($505.00) shall be reinstated. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 26th day of October, 2000, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a hearing before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Stacey French, shall reimburse the Village of Tequesta in the amount of sixty-five-dollars-and-sixty-cents ($65.60) by the 8th day of September, 2000. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of twenty-five-dollars ($25.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to e�st. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 28th day of September, 2000, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. The Respondent, Thomas A. Steed, was not present at the hearing, however, there was a finding of proper notice. 2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation and introduced as witnesses, Elaine C. Hines of the Medical Claims Processors Group, Inc., and Peter Allen, of the Fire Rescue Department. 3. The date of the emergency medical transportation was June 7, 1998. 6 4. The amount owed to the Village of Tequesta by Respondent is three- hundred-twenty-eight-dollars ($328.00). CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondent is in violation of Chapter 9, Section 9-55 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Thomas A. Steed, shall reimburse the Village of Tequesta in the amount of three-hundred-twenty-eight- dollars ($328.00) by the 12�` day of October, 2000. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine oftwenty-five-dollars ($25.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to e�st. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment/Status Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 26�` day of October, 2000, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a heaxing before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.
