FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The Respondent, John August Zoratti, was not present at the hearing,
however, there was a finding of proper notice.
2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation and
introduced as witnesses, Elaine C. Hines of the Medical Claims Processors Group, Inc. and Alex
Nathanson, of the Fire Rescue Department.
3. The date of the emer�ency medical transportation was August 30, 1997.
4. The amount owed to the Village of Tequesta by Respondent is $61.60.

Respondent is in violation of Chapter 9, Section 9-55 of the Code of Ordinances of

Respondent is in violation of Chapter 9, Sec. 9-55 of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Tequesta.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Sondra M.
Wakefield, shall comply with Chapter 9, Sec. 9-55 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
Tequesta by making her twenty-five-dollar ($25.00) payment, due on the 10"' day of each month until
the fee is satisfied.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of twenty-five-dollars
($25.00) per day shall be assesse:d for each day the violation continues to exist.

It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Dennis L.
and Peggy B. Ebersole, shall reimburse the Village of Tequesta for the past due amount of two-
hundred-fifty-dollars ($250.00) by the 1 st day of October, 2000.
If Respondents do not coi��ply within the time specified, a fine of up to two hundred
fifty dollars ($250.00) per day; five hundred ($500.00) per day for repeat violators, may be assessed
for each day the violation continues to exist.
If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing
will be held before the Special Master on the 26th day of October, 2000, at 10:00 a.m., at the

ORDER
