The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement
cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard
testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 15"' day of June, 2000, and based on the
evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW,
and ORDER are hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
l. The Respondent, Donald P. Freas, was not present at the hearing, however,
there was a finding of proper notice.
2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondent is in violation of Appendix A, Section X(L) of the Code of Ordinances
of the Village of Tequesta.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Daniel P.
Freas, shall comply with Appendix A, Section X(L) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
Tequesta by the 16th day of June, 2000.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine fifty dollars ($50.00)
per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a hearing
before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only.
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Village of
Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.
DONE AND ORDERED this 15th day of June, 2000.

The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement
cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard
testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 15th day of June, 2000, and based on the
evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW,
and ORDER are hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The Respondent, Jeffery S. Vorpagel, was present at the hearing and testified
that 490 Dover Road has burned down.
2. The Special Master has amended the Order to read 486 Dover Road and made
a finding of proper notice to the Respondent.
3. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation and
introduced witnesses, Mr. Von Frank and Mr. Rice.

4. Respondent introduced Mrs. Siegel as his witness.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondent is in violation of Chapter 4, Article I, Section 4-7, Pages No. 257, 258
of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
ORDER

Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 16th day of June, 2000.

FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The Respondents were represented by their managers James Woodly for
Tuesday Morning, and Madeleine Humphreys for RRC FL THREE INC., at the hearing.
2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation. Sgt.
Irovando testified further that the Respondents made good faith efforts to resolve this violation.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondents are in violation of Chapter 10, Article IV, Section 10-46, Page No.
588.2 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Tuesday
Morning Inc. and RRC FL THREE INC., shall comply with Chapter 10, Article IV, Section 10-46,
Page No. 588.2 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 16th day of June, 2000.
If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine of up to two hundred
fifty dollars ($250.00) per day; five hundred ($500.00) per day for repeat violators, may be assessed
for each day the violation continues to exist.
Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a hearing
before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only.
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to notify the Village of
Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.
