cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 1625, Florida Statutes, has heard
testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 18th day of May, 2000, and based on the
evidence and testimony presented, entered an Order of Violation. The following FINDINGS OF
FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The Respondent, Dana Anderson, was present at the hearing.
2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the repeat violation.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondents are in violation of Appendix A, Section X, (L)(3) of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that a fine of fifty-dollars
($50.00) is to be paid by June 14"', 2000. Should this violation be repeated a fine of one-hundred-
dollars ($100.00) shall be assessed.

FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The Respondent, Mystic Life Church, was represented by their attorney, Jack
Bowen. Mr. Norman Burg was not present at the hearing, however, there was a finding of proper
notice.
2. The Special Master has amended the style of this matter to include

3. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to and produced
photographs of the violation.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondents are in violation of Appendix A, Section XII, (C)(1), Page No. 1197, and
Appendix A, Section VII, Page No. 1138.1 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Religious
Science of the Palm Beaches/Mystic Life Church/Norman Burg, Jr., shall comply with Appendix A,
Section XII, (C)(1), Page No. 1 I97, and Appendix A, Section VII, Page No. 1138.1 of the Code
of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 1 st day of June, 2000.
If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine of one hundred dollars
($100.00) per day shall be assess�ed for each day the violation continues to exist.
If Respondents dr� not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing
will be held before the Special Master on the 15th day of June, 2000, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta
Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469.
Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may rec�uest a hearing
before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only.
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to notify the Village of
Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.
