The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement
cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard
testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 27th day of April, 2000, and based on the
evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW,
and ORDER are hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The Respondents, Donald G. and Wanda F. Blauvelt, were not present at the
hearing, however, there was a finding of proper notice.
2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to and produced
photographs of the violation.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondents are in violation of Chapter 6, Article IX, Sec. 6-151 of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Donald G.
and Wanda F. Blauvelt, shall comply with Chapter 6, Article IX, Sec. 6-151 of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 27th day of April, 2000.
If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing
will be held before the Special Master on the 18th day of May, 2000, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta
Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469.
Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a hearing
before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only.
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to notify the Village of
Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondents are in violation of Appendix A, Section X(L) of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Craig A.
and Dorene L. Lussier, shall comply with Appendix A, Section X(L) of the Code of Ordinances
of the Village of Tequesta by the 28th day of April, 2000.
If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars
($50.00) per day sha11 be assessed for each day the violation continues to e�st.
If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing
will be held before the Special Master on the 18th day of May, 2000, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta
Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469.

cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 1625, Florida Statutes, has heard
testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 27th day of April, 2000, and based on the
evidence and testimony presented, entered an Order of Violation. The following FINDINGS OF
FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered:
FINDING5 OF FACT
1. The Respondent, Heide A. Wilkinson, was present at the hearing and testified
that the pit bull belonged to her son's girlfriend.
2. Respondent further testified that the girlfriend and dog no longer live at her
home.

3. Sgt. Irovando testified that the pit bull was attacking officers, garbage men
and the animal regulation officer.
4. He further testified that there were dogs barking in the backyard which
constituted a nuisance.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondent is in repeat violation of Sections 4-13 of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Tequesta.
Respondent is in violation of Sections 4-7 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village
of Tequesta.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that a fine of two-hundred-
dollars ($200.00) a day sha11 be assessed in accordance with Sections 4-13 of the Code of Ordinances
of the Village of Tequesta. This fine is to be paid by May 12"', 2000.
If Respondent repeats a violation of Sections 4-13, a fine of two-hundred-fifty-dollars
($250.00) shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to e�st.
Respondent sha11 be assessed one-hundred-fifty-dollars ($150.00) per day for each day
violation of Sections 4-7 occurs.
DONE AND ORDERED this 27th day of April, 2000.
