Marsh, shall be assessed a fine of fifty-dollars ($50.00). Said fine shall be paid by March 20, 2000. A copy of this Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the property of the original amount upon which the violation e�sted and upon any other real or personal property owned by the Respondents, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount. If Respondents repeat this violation, a fine of one-hundred-and-fifty-dollars ($150.00) shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
