Address: 286 Country Club Drive Tequesta, Florida Legal Description: TEQUESTA LT 157 60-42-40-26-01-004-1570 The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 1625, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 24th day of February, 2000, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, entered an Order of Violation, that this property is not in compliance. The following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. The Respondents, Christopher B. and Ana G. Marsh, were not present at the hearing, however, there was a finding of proper notice. 2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the repeat violation. �' • � ' �A CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondents are in violation of App. A, Sec. X, (L)(3) of the Code of Qrdinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Christopher B. and Ana G. Marsh, shall comply immediately with App. A, Sec. X, (L)(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. It is further ordered that Respondents, Christopher B. and Ana G. Marsh, shall be assessed a fine of fifty-dollars ($50.00). Said fine shall be paid by March 20, 2000. A copy of this Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the property of the original amount upon which the violation e�sted and upon any other real or personal property owned by the Respondents, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount. If Respondents repeat this violation, a fine of one-hundred-and-fifty-dollars ($150.00) shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
