The following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT l. The Respondent, Christopher B. March, was present at the hearing and testified that he was putting up a gate this weekend to screen his truck. 2. Sgt.
