The hearing was called to ord�r at 10:00 A.M.
A. Code Enforcement S��ecial Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the January
25, 2000 hearing as submitted.

Violation of Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Tequesta, Florida, Chapter4,
ANIMALS AND FOWL, ARTICLE II,
DOGS AND CATS, Sec. 4-,13, Running
at Large, Prohibited, Page No. 259.
The Respondent, Tei�ry Michaels, was present at the hearing. Tequesta Code
Enforcement Officer �gt. John Irovando testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondents are in violation of Chapter 4, Animals
and Fowl, Article 11, Dogs and Cats, Section 4-13, Running at Large, of the
Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Robert and Terry
Michaels, shall comply with Chapter 4, Animals and Fowl, Article II, Dogs and
Cats, S�ction 4-13, Running at Large, of �he Code of Ordinances of the Village
of Tequesta by February 23, 2001. If Respondents do not comply within the time
specified, a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day shall b� assessed for each day
the violation continues to exist.

Conclusion of law was tha# Respondents are in violation of Appendix A Zoning,
Section X, Supplemental Regulations Applying to a Specific, to Several or to All
Districts (L), of the Code a� Ordinances af the Village of Tequesta.

was a finding of proper notice. Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer Sgt. John
Irovando testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Appendix A-Zoning,
Section X, Supplemental Regulations Applying to a Specific, to Several or to All
Districts (L), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, George Dakis, shall
complywith AppendixA Zoning, SectionX, Supplemental RegulationsApplying
to a Specific, to Several or to All Districts {L), of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Tequesta. by February 23, 2001. If Respondent does not comply
within the time sp�ified, a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00} per day shall be assessed
for each day the violation continues to e�st.
