The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement
cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard
testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 22nd day of February, 2001, and based on
the evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF
LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The Respondent, Terry Michaels, was present at the hearing.
2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondents are in violation of Chapter 4, Article II, Section 4-,13, of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
ORDER
It is the Order ofthe Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Robert and
Terry Michaels, sha11 comply with Chapter 4, Article II, Section 4-,13, of the Code of Ordinances
of the Village of Tequesta by the 23rd day of February, 2001.
If Respondents do not comply witlun the time specified, a fine offifty dollars ($50.00)
per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to notify the Village of
Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.
DONE AND ORDERED this 22nd day of February, 2001.

a Specific, to Several or to All Districts, (L), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta
