Address: 391 Riverside Drive Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal Description: JLTPITER IN THE PINES SEC B N1/20FLT5&LT7BLK19 60-42-40-25-06-016-0051 The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 27th day of September, 2001, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. The Respondents, Darrell D. and Heide A. Pastuch, were not present at the hearing, however, there was a finding of proper notice. 2. Sgt. Irovando testified to the ongoing violations. - , CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondents remain in violation of Chapter 12, Noise, Sec. 12-1, Prohibited (2) Radios, phonographs, etc., of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Darell D. and Heide A. Pastuch, shall immediately comply with Chapter 12, Noise, Sec. 12-1, Prohibited (2) Radios, phonographs, etc., of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. A fine of two-hundred-fifty-dollars ($250.00) is hereby assessed for the violations that have existed. A certified copy of this Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the property of the original amount upon which the violation existed and upon any other real or personal property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, James C. Greer and Paul H. and Edith I. Roorda, shall comply with Appendix A- Zoning, Section X Supplemental Regulations Applying to a Specific, to Several or to all Districts, (L) Commercial Vehicles and Trucks, Recreational Vehicles on Private Lots, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 28t'' day of September, 2001. If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine of one-hundred- dollars ($100.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violations continue to exist. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property. M � CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondents are in repeat violation of Appendix A- Zoning, Section X, Supplemental Regulations Applying to a Specific, to Several or to All Districts, (L) Commercial Vehicles and Trucks, Recreational Vehicles on Private Lots, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, David L. Rhoten and Karen E. Oteri, shall continue to comply with Appendix A- Zoning, Section X, Supplemental Regulations Applying to a Specific, to Several or to All Districts, (L) Commercial Vehicles and Trucks, Recreational Vehicles on Private Lots, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. A fine of one-hundred- dollars ($100.00) shall be assessed for this repeat violation. This fine shall be paid by October 12, 2002. A copy of this Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the property of the original amount upon which the violation existed and upon any other real or personal property owned by the Respondents, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Carlos and Gladys Anteo, shall comply with Chapter 4, Animals and Fowl, Article II, Dogs and Cats, Sec. 4-, 13, Running at Large, Prohibited, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 28�' day of September, 2001. If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty-dollars ($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondent is in violation of Appendix A- Zoning, Section X, Supplemental Regulations Applying to a Specific, to Several or to All Districts, (L) Commercial Vehicles and Trucks, Recreational Vehicles on Private Lots, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Natalie Digioia, shall comply with Appendix A- Zoning, Section X, Supplemental Regulations Applying to a Specific, to Several or to All Districts, (L) Commercial Vehicles and Trucks, Recreational Vehicles on Private Lots, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 28 day of September, 2001.
