OLD BUSINESS The Clerk of the Board, Scott Ladd, gave the Board an update on County Line Plaza: The $25/day fine is still running and is currently up to $3,000.00. Per the Village Attorney's direction, when the fine reaches six months ($4,500 in fines), the case will again be brought before the CEB to be set for lien. A six-month wait is legally sustainable to allow the property owner time to respond before a lien is filed. The Lighthouse Plaza situation is the same, with fines accruing. The same format will be used for Lighthouse Plaza as is used for County Line Plaza. + , Y Code Enforcement Board Meeting Minutes July 3, 1990 Page 4 --------------------- VIII.
