Respondents, Robert A. Walsh and Thomas Steen were not present at the hearing, however, Mr. Bill Burckart was present to represent their interests. 2. Officer Irovando testified to, and produced photographs depicting the ongoing violation. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondents are in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Ord No. 377. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Robert A. Walsh and Thomas Steen shall be assessed a fine of Eight-Thousand-Seven-Hundred Dollars ($8,700.00). A certified copy of this Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the real or personal property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount. Respondent, Anthony L. Hoste, was not present at the hearing, however there was a finding of proper notice. 2. Officer Irovando testified to the violation. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondent is in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Ord. No. 178-4, Sec 4-17, leash law. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Anthony L. Hoste, shall comply with Ord. No. 178- 4, Sec 4-17, leash law, of the Village of Tequesta by the 29th day of August, 1997. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of up to two ($250.00) per day; five- hundred-dollars ($500.00) per day for repeat violators, may be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement clerk at (561) 575-6218 to request a reinspection of the property. Respondent, Pamela M. Hudson, was present at the hearing and testified to the various means used to keep her dogs within her yard. 2. Officer Irovando testified to the violation. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondents are in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Ord. No. 178-4, Sec 4-17, leash law. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, David B. and Pamela M. Hudson, shall comply with Ord. No. 178-4, Sec 4-17, leash law, of the Village of Tequesta by the 29th day of August, 1997. If Respondents' dogs are found outside the yard, a fine of One-Hundred-Dollars ($100.00) shall be assessed. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement clerk at (561) 575-6218 to request a reinspection of the property. Respondent, Dennis G. Sartain, was present at the hearing and testified to the difficulties he was having with his recreational vehicle. 2. Officer Irovando testified to and introduced a photograph of the violation. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondents were in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Ord. No. 464, Sec (3), parking restrictions. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Dennis G. and Sherry L. Sartain, shall continue to comply with Ord. No. 464, Sec (3), parking restrictions, of the Village of Tequesta. If Respondents do not comply, a fine of up to two- hundred-fifty-dollars ($250.00) per day; five-hundred-dollars ($500.00) per day for repeat violators, may be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondent is in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Ord. No. 464, Sec (3), parking restrictions. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Matthew A. Pond, shall comply with Ord. No. 464, Sec (3), parking restrictions, of the Village of Tequesta by the 29th day of August, 1997. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, an additional Fine Assessment Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 24th day of September, 1997, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a hearing before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement clerk at (561) 575-6218 to request a reinspection of the property. Officer Irovando testified that Mr. Little had complied with the Special Master's previous Order, however, he needed to view the recreational vehicle in the arranged area before there could be a finding of compliance. ORDER It is the order of Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Thomas J. Little, shall contact the Code Enforcement Clerk to complete the review for compliance.
