Respondents, Robert A. Walsh and Thomas Steen were not present at the hearing, however, Mr. Bill Burckart was present to represent their interests. 2. Officer Irovando testified to, and produced photographs depicting the ongoing violation. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondents are in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Ord No. 377. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Robert A. Walsh and Thomas Steen shall be assessed a fine of Eight-Thousand-Seven-Hundred Dollars ($8,700.00). A certified copy of this Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the real or personal property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of up to two ($250.00) per day; five- hundred-dollars ($500.00) per day for repeat violators, may be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement clerk at (561) 575-6218 to request a reinspection of the property. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, an additional Fine Assessment Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 24th day of September, 1997, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a hearing before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only.
