Respondent, Judith M. Fagan, was present at the hearing and provided testimony. 2. The Village Code Inspector testif ied that Respondent is maintaining the property. ORDER It is the order of Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Judith M. Fagan, shall appear at a status conference on the 29th day of January, 1998, at 10:00 a.m. , at the Village of Tequesta, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida. Respondent shall meet with Mr. Ladd and her landscape architect by December 19, 1997, regarding landscape issues. DONE AND ORDERED this 25th day of November, 1997. W.A. and HATTIE I. SIEGEL, Respondents, / Re: Violation of Order No. 196, Sec. 10-17, page 582 - Excessive Accumulation Prohibited: Declared a Public Nuisance, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Address: 498 Dover Road Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal Description: Jupiter in the Pines Sec B Lt. 6 Blk 15 (604240250060) The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 25th day of November, 1997, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. The Respondents, W.A. and Hattie I. Siegel, were present and represented by their attorney, Greg Taylon. Mr. Taylon submitted evidence and testimony that the Special Master's decision has been appealed and a request that there shall be no fine assessed. 2. The Code Inspector provided photographs and testified to the ongoing violation. 3. The Respondents provided no testimony as to their full compliance of the Special Master's Order. � . � . CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondents are in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Ord. No. 196, Sec 10-17. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, W.A. and Hattie I. Siegel, shall be assessed a fine of twenty-five-dollars ($25.00) per day beginning November 25, 1997, for each day the violation continues to exist. A certified copy of this Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the real or personal property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property. Address: 116 Golfview Drive Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal Description: Tequesta Lot 318 The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 25th day of November, 1997, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. Respondent, Lars Eric Haknsson, was not present at the hearing, however there was a finding of proper notice. 2. Officer Irovando testified to the violation. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Lars Eric Haknsson, shall comply with Ord.
