The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement
cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard
testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 28th day of May, 1998, and based on the
evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW,
and ORDER are hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. Respondent, Scott A. Berry, was not present at the hearing, however, there
was a finding of proper notice.
2. Sgt. Irovando testified to the violation and stated that he spoke to the
Respondent.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondent is in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Ordinance
No. 355, Section X(L)(1), Page 1184, Commercial Vehicles.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Scott A.
Berry, shall comply with Ord. No. 355, Section X(L)(1), Page 1184, Commercial Vehicles, of the
Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 30th day of May, 1998.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty-dollars
($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
A certified copy of this Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach
County, Florida, and once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the real or personal property owned
by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing
will be held before the Special Master on the 25th day of June, 1998, at 10.00 a.m., at the Tequesta
Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469.
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Village of
Tequesta Code Enforcement clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.

ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Leonhardt
and Sullivan Associates, Inc., shall obtain plan approval and begin work on the landscaping by August
20, 1998. If the Respondents have not obtained approval and commenced landscaping by August
20"', there will be a status hearing held before the Special Master on the 2'��' day of August, 1998,
at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida
33469.
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to notify the Village of

ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Tequesta
Commerce Condominium Association, Inc., shall comply with Ord. No. 361, Section X(P)(3)(C) of
the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 19th day of June, 1998.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine ofup to two-hundred-
fifty-dollars ($250.00) per day; five-hundred-dollars ($500.00) per day for repeat violators, may be
assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing
will be held before the Special Master on the 25th day of June, 1998, at 10.00 a.m., at the Tequesta
