ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Robert H. and Helen V. King, shall comply with Ord. No. 355, Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L)(2), Commercial Vehicles on Private Lots, Page No. 1184.1, of the Village of Tequesta by the 27''` day of 7une, 1998. If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty-dollars ($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. A certified copy of this Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the real or personal property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.
