The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement
cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard
testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 25th day of June, 1998, and based on the
evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW,
and ORDER are hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
l. Respondent, Robert H. King, was present at the hearing.
2. Officer Irovando testified to the violation.
, 3. Mr. King was instructed to remove magnetic signs and
ladders from his van to comply with the ordinance.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondents are in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Ord. No.
355, Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L)(2), Commercial Vehicles on Private Lots, Page No. 1184.1.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Robert
H. and Helen V. King, shall comply with Ord. No. 355, Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L)(2),
Commercial Vehicles on Private Lots, Page No. 1184.1, of the Village of Tequesta by the 27''` day
of 7une, 1998.
If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty-dollars ($50.00)
per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
A certified copy of this Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach
County, Florida, and once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the real or personal property owned
by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount.
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to notify the Village of
Tequesta Code Enforcement clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.
DONE AND ORDERED this 25``' day of June, 1998.

ORDER

2. Officer Irovando testified that the dumpsters had been screened.

Respondent is no longer in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
Tequesta, Ord. No. 361, Section X(P)(3)(C), Location and Screening ofDumpsters, Pages 1196 and
1196.1.
