Respondent, Robert S. Van Keuren, was present at the hearing. 2. Sgt. Irvando testified to the violation. * ,s CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondents are in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Ord. No. 355, Appendix A Zoning, Section X(2), Commercial Vehicles on Private Lots, Page No. 1184.1. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Robert S. and Dandra Van Keuren sha11 comply with Ord. No. 355, Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(2), Commercial Vehicles on Private Lots by the 28`�` day of August, 1998. If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine offifty-dollars ($50.00) per day may be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. A certified copy of this Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the real or personal property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.
