CROMWELL, ET AL., shall complete the landscape plan approval process iii a timely matiner. A status hearing shall be held on January 28, 1999, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify tl�e Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the prope�•ty. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that a fine of Fifty Doll��rs ($50.00) shall be assessed for each violation, the total fine of One Hundred Doll�rs ($100.00) is to be paid by November 13, 1998, or an additional fine assessment hearing shall be held on November 19, 1998, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. A certified copy of this Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and once recorded, shall constitute a lien abainst the real or personal property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.
