ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that the hearing on this matter is continued until January 28, 1998. The Respondents, W.A. and Hattie I. Siegel and the Village of Tequesta may provide a Memorandum of Law regarding the standard to be applied in recusing a Special Master. This Memorandum is to be received at the Special Master's office no later than January 22, 1999. A hearing before the Special Master shall be held on the 28` day of January, 1999, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 3 57 TequestaDrive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Brian G. Wayne, sha11 comply with Chapter 6, Buildings and Building Regulations, Article V, Housing Sec. 6-81. Code Adopted, Sec. 6-82. Same amendments, Pages 365, 366. (101.6 Maintenance; 305.2 E�erior Walls; 305.3 Roofs; 305.14 Protective Treatments; 305.15 Accessory Structures), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 22nd day of January, 1999. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per day; five hundred ($500.00) per day for repeat violators, may be assessed for each day the violation continues to e�st. . If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 28th day of January, 1999, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a hearing before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property. Respondents testified and produced photographs of the landscaping that was currently under way. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondents are in violation of Appendix A Zoning, Section X, Supplemental Regulations Applying to a Specific, to Several or to All Districts, (I�, Landscaping: General Requirements, Pages No. 1174-1178.8.1, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Robert A. Walsh and Thomas Steen, shall comply with all landscaping requirements of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 22n day of January, 1999. If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, the Village is authorized to begin foreclosure proceedings. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.
