ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Brian G. Wayne, sha11 comply with Chapter 6, Buildings and Building Regulations, Article V. Housing, Section 6-81. Code-Adopted., Sec. 6-82. Same Amendments, Pages 365, 366. (101.6 Maintenance; 305.2 Exterior Walls; 305.3 Roofs; 305.14 Protective Treatment; 305.15 Accessory Structures) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the ZSth day of February, 1999. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per day; five hundred ($500.00) per day for repeat violators, may be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the ZSth day of February, 1999, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a hearing before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only.
