cases for the Village of Tequesta in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard
testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 28th day of January, 1999, and based on the
evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONC°LUSIONS OF LAW,
and ORDER are hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The Respondent, Brian G. Wayne, was present at the hearing and testified that
he was working towaxd compliance.
2. Sgt. Irovando agreed with Respondent's testimony.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondent is in violation of Chapter 6, Buildings and Building Regulations, Article
V. Housing, Section 6-81. Code-Adopted., Sec. 6-82. Same Amendments, Pages 365, 366. (101.6
Maintenance; 305.2 Exterior Walls; 305.3 Roofs; 305.14 Protective Treatment; 305.15 Accessory
Structures) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Brian G.
Wayne, sha11 comply with Chapter 6, Buildings and Building Regulations, Article V. Housing, Section
6-81. Code-Adopted., Sec. 6-82. Same Amendments, Pages 365, 366. (101.6 Maintenance; 305.2
Exterior Walls; 305.3 Roofs; 305.14 Protective Treatment; 305.15 Accessory Structures) of the
Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the ZSth day of February, 1999.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of up to two hundred
fifty dollars ($250.00) per day; five hundred ($500.00) per day for repeat violators, may be assessed
for each day the violation continues to exist.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing
will be held before the Special Master on the ZSth day of February, 1999, at 10:00 a.m., at the
Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469.
Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a hearing
before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only.
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Village of
Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.

Respondents are in violation of Section 4-13 of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Tequesta.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Brian and
Victoria Peaper, sha11 comply with Section 4-13 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
Tequesta by the 29�' day of January, 1999.
IfRespondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine offifty dollars ($50.00)
per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to e�st.
If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing
will be held before the Special Master on the 25"� day of February, 1999, at 10:00 a.m., at the
