The following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. The Respondent, Nora A. Barrett, was present at the hearing and testified that she was out of town during the incident. 2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the repeat violation. �_ � CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondent is in violation of Chapter 4, Article I, Sec. 4-7 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be assessed in accordance with Section 4-7 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Should Respondent, Nora A. Barrett, repeat this violation, a fine of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. A certified copy of this Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the property of the original amount upon which the violation existed and upon any other real or personal property owned by the Respondents, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount.
