The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement
cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 1625, Florida Statutes, has heard
testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 19th day of August,1999, and based on the
evidence and testimony presented, entered an Order of Violation, that this property is not in
compliance. The following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are
hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The Respondent, Nora A. Barrett, was present at the hearing and testified that
she was out of town during the incident.
2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the repeat violation.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondent is in violation of Chapter 4, Article I, Sec. 4-7 of the Code of Ordinances
of the Village of Tequesta.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that a fine of fifty dollars
($50.00) shall be assessed in accordance with Section 4-7 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village
of Tequesta.
Should Respondent, Nora A. Barrett, repeat this violation, a fine of seventy-five
dollars ($75.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
A certified copy of this Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach
County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the property of the original
amount upon which the violation existed and upon any other real or personal property owned by the
Respondents, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount.
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Village of
Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.

ORDER

Fulp, shall comply with Appendix A, Sec. X, (L)(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
Tequesta by the ZOth day of August, 1999.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars
($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing
will be held before the Special Master on the 30th day of September, 1999, at 10:00 a.m., at the
Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469.
Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a hearing
before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only.
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Village of
Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.

Respondents are in violation of Chapter 4, Article II, Sec. 4-13 of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Noe and
Carolee Santamarina, sha11 comply immediately with Chapter 4, Article II, Sec. 4-13 of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that a fine of fifty-dollars
($50.00) shall be assessed for the 7une 25, 1999 violation and fifty-dollars ($50.00) for the August
6, 1999 violation. This fine is to be paid by the 24`�' day of September, 1999.
Should Respondents, Noe and Carolee Santamarina, repeat this violation a fine of one-
hundred-dollars ($100.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
A certified copy of this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach

Respondents are in violation of Appendix A, Sec. X(L)(3) of the Code of Ordinances
of the Village of Tequesta.
