Address: 286 Country Club Drive � Tequesta, Florida Legal Description: TEQUESTA LT 157 60-42-40-2 6-O 1-000-15 70 The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 24th day of June, 1999, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT l. The Respondent, Christopher B. Marsh, was present at the hearing. 2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondents are in violation of Appendix A, Section X(L)(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order ofthe Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Christopher B. and Ana G. Marsh, shall comply with Appendix A, Section X(L)(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 26th day of June, 1999. If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to e�st. If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 19th day of August, 1999, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a hearing before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.
