Address: 84 Yacht Club Place Tequesta, Florida Lega1 Description: TEQLTESTA LT 504 60-42-40-26-01-000-5 04 0 The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 27th day of May, 1999, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. The Respondent, Matthew A. Pond, was present at the hearing and testified on his behalf. 2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the ongoing violation. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondents are in violation of Appendix A, Section X(L)(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Matthew A. Pond, Richard G. Jr. and Nancy A. Pond, shall continue to comply with Appendix A, Section X(L)(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. A fine of fifty-dollars ($50.00) is hereby assessed. This fine is to be paid by June 4, 1999, or Respondents will be requested to attend the Special Master hearing on June 24, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 TequestaDrive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. A fine of one-hundred-dollars ($100.00) per day may be assessed should Respondents repeat this violation. DONE AND ORDERED this 27th day of May, 1999. The Respondent, Edward J. Bonardi, was present at the hearing and testified that he had forgotten to remove the signs from his truck. 2. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Edward J. and Diane Bonardi, shall continue to comply with Appendix A, Section X(L)(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. A fine of fifty-dollars ($50.00) is hereby assessed for the violation that had existed. A fine of one-hundred-dollars ($100.00) per day may be assessed should Respondents repeat this violation. The Respondent, Earnest D. Carrere, was present at the hearing and testified on his behalf. 2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the violation. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondents are in violation of Appendix A, Section X(L)(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Earnest D. and Kelly Carrere, shall comply with Appendix A, Section X(L)(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 29th day of May, 1999. If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Charles G. Kouns, shall comply with Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L)(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 28th day of May, 1999. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
