Respondent, Blockbuster Video, was not present at the hearing, however there was a finding of proper notice. 2. Officer Davis testified to and introduced into evidence documents pertaining to the ongoing violation. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondent is in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, ORD 435. Sec. 2.5-15, Alarm Permit. ORDER It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Blockbuster Video, shall comply with ORD 435, Sec. 2.5-15, Alarm Permit, of the Village of Tequesta by the 24th day of March, 1997. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of $50.00 per day will be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, an additional Fine Assessment Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 17th day of April, 1997, at 10.00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a hearing before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only.
