355, APPENDIX-A ZONING, (E)(1)(5) MAINTAIN & SCREENING OF POOLS
Dear Property Owner,
Having received an anonymous complaint, my investigation has revealed the following: From your
neighbors house to the south, I have clearly observed the pool and surrounding areas. The pool is not
being operated or maintained as required by ordinance. Further, from the front yard area, it is clear that
the paol area is not protected properly from a child who might wander about and fall in. The area to the
east side of the residence is required to have a child resistant barrier until such time that a more
permanent structure Gould be built. Although you have moved, you rerrain responsible for the
maintenance and upkeep of this property if in fact you are the properiy owners as listed in the County
Tax Rolls.
Therefor, upon receipt of this notification you have 48 hours to correct the above described violations.
Because I have no way to reach you, I will post the property and attempt delivery by certified mail.
Failure to comply with this notice will result in charges being brought against you, and will require an
appearance at a Special Master Hearing.
TIiIS NOTICE OF CODE VIOLATION REQUIltES YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION.
FAILURE TO MAKE THE ABOVE-STATED CORRECTIONS AND TO NOTIFY THIS
DEPARTMENT THEREOF WILL NECESSITATE IN CHARGES BEING BROUGHT
AGAINST YOU BEFORE THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA SPECIAL MASTER WHICH HAS
