The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta
to hear code enforcement cases for the Village of Tequesta, in
accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony
at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 20th day of February,
1997, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, the
following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are
hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. Respondent, James C. Tursi, was present at the
hearing.
2. Officer Davis testified and introduced into evidence
the Respondent's ongoing attempts to screen his boat.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondents are not in violation of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Ord. No. 464, Zoning
(X) (L) (3) .

ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master
that Respondents, James C. & Angela D. Tursi, are not in violation
of Ord. No. 464, Zoning (X)(L)(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Tequesta.

The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta
to hear code enforcement cases for the Village of Tequesta, in
accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony
at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 20th day of February,
1997, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, the
following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are
hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. Respondent, Sun Trust South Florida Tr., was not
present at the hearing, however, there was a finding of proper
service.
2. The Village testified that Respondent was in
substantial compliance and submitted a letter from Respondent into
evidence which detailed a work order.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondent is in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the
,� Village of Tequesta, Ord. No. 466, Sec. 10-18.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master
that Respondent, Sun Trust South Florida Tr., shall comply with
Ord. No. 466, Sec 10-18 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
Tequesta by the 19th day of March, 1997.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified,
a fine of up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per day; five
hundred ($500.00) per day for repeat violators may be assessed for
each day the violation continues to exist.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified,
a Fine Assessment Hearing will be held before the Special Master on
the 19th day March, 1997 at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village
Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469.
Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either
party may request a hearing before the Special Master on the issue
of compliance only.
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the
Respondent to notify the Tequesta Code Enforcement clerk at (561)
575-6218 to request a reinspection of the property.
DONE AND ORDERED this 20th day of February, 1997.

The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta
to hear code enforcement cases for the Village of Tequesta, in
accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony
at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 20th day of February,
1997, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, the
following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are
hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. Respondent, Robert Walsh, and the prospective
purchaser of the property, Mr. Spradlin, were present at he
hearing.
2. Officer Davis testified to the good faith efforts of
Respondents towards compliance, i.e., cleaning out debris and dead
trees.
3. Mr. Walsh testified that the property should close
in one week and Mr. Spradlin will be the new owner.
4. Mr. Spradlin was advised that compliance would apply
to the new owner as well.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondent is in violation of the Code of Ordinances of
the Village of Tequesta, Ord. No. 377.

ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that if
Mr Spradlin closes on the property he will secure the necessary
landscaping approval from the Building Department by March 19,
1997.
A status conference will be set for the 20th day of March,
1997, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357
Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a
