The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta
to hear code enforcement cases for the Village of Tequesta, in
accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony
at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 23rd day of January,
1997, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, the
following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are
hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The Respondent was not present at the hearing,
however, there was a finding of proper notice.
2. Officer Davis testified to and introduced into
evidence a video of the ongoing violation.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondent is in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Tequesta, ORD No. 466, Sec 10-18.

ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master
that Respondent, Sun Trust Bank South Florida Tr, shall comply
with ORD No. 466, Sec 10-18 of the Village of Tequesta by the 12th
day of February, 1997. Respondent shall not destroy those species,
i.e., palmettos and oak trees, and all others protected by the
Village and county, and shall dispose of any Australian pines by
February 12, 1997.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified,
a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day will be assessed
for each day the violation continues to exist.
A certified copy of this Order shall be recorded in the
Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and once recorded,
shall constitute a lien against the real or personal property owned
by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for
the original amount.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified,
an additional Fine Assessment Hearing will be held before the
Special Master on the 20th day of February, 1997 at 10.00 a.m., at
the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive,
Tequesta, Florida 33469.
Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either
party may request a hearing before the Special Master on the issue
of compliance only.
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the
Respondent to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement clerk
at (561) 575-6218 to request a reinspection of the property.

to hear code enforcement cases for the Village of Tequesta, in
accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony
at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 23rd day of January,
1997, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, the
following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are
hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The Respondents were present at the hearing and
testified to the difficulty they had with their son, who does not
close the gate to screen his truck.
2. Officer Davis testified to and introduced into
evidence a photograph of the violation.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondents are in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Tequesta, ORD No. 464, Sec 1, (L)(3).

ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master
that Respondents, Charles H. and Phyllis J. Knapp, shall comply
with ORD No. 464, Sec 1, (L)(3) of the Village of Tequesta within
24 hours.
If Respondents do not comply within the time specified,
a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day will be assessed for each
day the violation continues to exist.
A certified copy of this Order shall be recorded in the
Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and once recorded,
shall constitute a lien against the real or personal property owned
by the Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for
the original amount.
If Respondents do not comply within the time specified,
an additional Fine Assessment Hearing will be held before the
Special Master on the 20th day of February, 1997 at 10.00 a.m., at
the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive,
Tequesta, Florida 33469.
Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either
party may request a hearing before the Special Master on the issue
of compliance only.
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the
Respondents to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement
clerk at (561) 575-6218 to request a reinspection of the property.

following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are
