Stork 336 River Drive, Tequesta, FL 33469 Legal Description: Tequesta Lot 93 Nature of Violation: Parking Restrictions ORD 464, Appendix A- Zoning Section X(L)(3), R1A, Parking Restrictions, page 1185 Respondent Steven K. Stork was present at the hearing. Code Enforcement Officer Irovando te:>tified to the violation. Respondent wa� warned of the violation and its consequences. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Ord. No. 464, Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L)(3}, R1 A, parking restrictions. Culler was present at the hearing. Code Enforcement Officer Irovando testifiied to the violation. Respondent was warned of the violation and its consequences. Box 3410 Tampa, FL 33606 37 Cedar Hill Road, Tequesta, FL Nature of Violation: Nuisance Growth �RD 46fi, Section 10-18 Nuisance Growth/Over 12 inches, page 582 Nature of Violation: Swimming Pool Regulations ORD 355, Appendix A,Zoning, Section X(E)(1){5), Swimming pool regulations, SPECIAL MASTER CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING MINUTES SEPTEMBER 25, 1997 Page 4 page1173 Respondent, Frankiin Credit Management Corporation, was not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. Code Enforcement Officer Irovando testified to and produced photographs of the violation. Officer Irovando explained the Respondent's partial compliance, however, the pool needs to complete its cleaning cycle. Conclusion ofi law r�vas that Respondent is in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Ord. No. 355, Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(E)(1)(5), swimming pool regulations, page 1173. Special Master Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Franklin Credit Management Corporation, shall comply with Ord. No. 355, Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(E)(1)(5), R1A, swimming pool regulations, of the Village of Tequesta by the 9th day of October, 1997. Additionally, this pool and enclosure are to be maintained at all times. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of up to two- hundred-fifty-dollars ($250.00) per day; five-hundred-dollars ($5�0.00) per day for repeat violators, may be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 23rd day of October, 1997. At 10:00 A.M., at the Tequesta Village Cauncif Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida. Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a hearing before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer at (561) 575-6218 to request a reinspection of the property. Cade Enforcement Officer Irovando testified to non-compliance and requested authorization for foreclosure. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Ord. No. 355, Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(E)(1)(5), swimming pool regulations, page 1173. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Ord. No. 355, Appendix A-Zoning, (E)(1){5), maintain and screening of pool, and Ord. No. 466, Section 10-18, nuisance growth/over 12 inches. Special Master Torcivia ordered that the Village of Tequesta's attorney may foreclose on the lien for 347 Country Club Drive, Tequesta, Florida, Tequesta Lot 130.
