Code Enforcement Special Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the January 28 , 1999 hearing as submitted. B. Fine Imposition Hearings: None C. Vehicles and Trucks, Recreational Vehicles on Private Lots, (3) Page No. 1185 Respondent Carolee C. Santamarina was present at the hearing. Tequesta Code Enforcement �fficer Irovando testified to the violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondents Noe, Carolee C., and Peter Santamarina are in violation of Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Speciai Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Noe, Carolee C., and Peter Santamarina shall comply with Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 26th day of February, 1999. If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer Irovando testified to the violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondents Ron Adams and Lucile S. Calhoun are in violation of Appendix P�-Zoning, Section X(L} of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Ran Adams and Lucile S. Calhoun, shall comply with Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 26th day of February, 1999. Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Chapter 4, Article I, Sec. 4-7 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent A. Nora Barrett, shall comply with Chapter 4, Animals and Fowl, Article I. In General, Sec. 4-7 f the Code of Qrdinances of the Village of Tequesta, by the 26th day of February, 1999. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a hearing before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only. Case No. 98-04-053 Bruce L. And Robin B. And Robin B. Neandross were not present at the hearing; however, there was a finding of proper notice. SPECIAL MASTER CODE ENFORCEMEN7 HEARiNG MINUTES February 25, 1999 Page 5 Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer Irovando testified to the violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondents are in violation of Appendix-A Zoning, Section X{L) of the Code of Ordinances of the Viilage of Tequesta. Special Master P�ulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Bruce A. And Robin B. Neandross, shall comply with Appendix A-Zoning Seetion X(L) of the Code of 4rdinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 26th day of February, 1999. If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars per day ($50.00) shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. Pages No. 1174-1178.8.1. Mr. Donaldson Hearing, representing Respondents, Robert F. Cromwell, et al, was present at the hearing. SPECIAL MASTER CODE EIVFORCEMENT HEARING MINUTES February 25, 1999 Page 6 Tequesta Code En�orcement Officer Irovando testified to the approval of Respondent's landscaping plans. Conclusion of law was that Respondents are in violation of Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(H), of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Robert F. CromweN, et al, shaN comply with Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(H) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 22nd day of July, 1999. A Status Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 22nd day of July, 1999, at 10 A.M. at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. Should a dispute arise conceming compliance, either party may request a hearing before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only. Wayne was not present at the hearing. Tequesta Code Er�forcement Officer Irovando testified that Mr. Wayne had fully complied. SPEC(AL MASTER CODE ENF�RCEMENT HEARING MINUTES February 25, 1999 Page 7 Conclusion of law was that Respondent Brian G. Wayne is no longer in violation of Chapter 6, Article V, Sec. 6-81, Code Adopted, Sec. 6-82 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. E. Fine Reduction Hearings: None F.
