Meeting was called to order at 10:05 A.M.
A. Code Enforcement Special Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the May 27,
1999 hearing as submitted.

Respondent Stephen Burlington was present at the hearing, and testified that
there was confusion as to the officer's explanation of compliance. Tequesta
Police Officer Davis testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondent Stephen Burlington is in violation of
Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L)(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Stephen Burlington,
shall comply with Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L)(2} of the Code of Ordinances
of the Village of Tequesta by the 26th day of June, 1999.

Respondent Thurston H. Proctor was present at the hearing. Tequesta Police
Officer Davis testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondent Thurston H. Proctor is in violation of
Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L)(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Thurston H. Proctor,
shall comply with Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L)(2) of the Code of Ordinances
of the Village of Tequesta by the 26th day of June, 1999.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars
($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment
Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 19th day of August, 1999,
at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive,
Tequesta, Florida 33469.

Officer Davis testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondent Vincent J. Arena III is in violation of
Chapter 4, Section 4-7 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Vincent J. Arena III,
shall comply with Chapter 4, Section 4-7 of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Tequesta by the 26th day of June, 1999.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars
($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.

Officer Davis testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondents Christopher B. Marsh and Ana G.
Marsh are in violation of Appendix-A Zoning, Section X(L)(3) of the Code of
Ordinances of the Viltage of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Christopher B.
Marsh and Ana G. Marsh, shall comply with Appendix A-Zoning Section X(L)(3)
of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 26th day of June,
1999.

Chapter 10, Article II, Section 10-18(b) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village
of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Ernest M. Hutter,
shall comply with Chapter 10, Article II, Section 10-18(b) of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village o# Tequesta by the 26th day of June, 1999.
