PRESENT: Special Master Paulette Torcivia; Code Enforcement Officer Police Sgt. John

Meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M.
A. Code Enforcement �pecial Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the June 24,
1999 hearing as submitted.

Respondent Robert A. Fulp was present at the hearing. Code Enforcement
Officer Police Sgt. John Irovando testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondent Robert A. Fulp is in violation of Appendix
A-Zoning, Section X(L)(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Robert A. Fulp, shall
comply with Appendix A-Zoning, Section X{L}(3) of the Code of Ordinances of
the Village of Tequesta by the 20th day of August, 1999.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars
($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment
Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 30th day of September,
1999, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta
Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469.
Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a
hearing before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only.

The Respondent's son, Doug Amy, was present at the hearing. He testified that
he was staying at his parents home and it was his vehicle that was in violation
of the code. Code Enforcement Officer Police Sgt. John Irovando testified to the
violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondents Vincent P. and Patricia Amy are in
viotation of Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L)(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents Vincent P. and
Patricia Amy shall comply with Appendix A-Zoning, Section X(L)(3) of the Code
of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 2�th day of August, 1999.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment
Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 30th day of September,

Respondent, Nora A. Barrett, was present at the hearing and testified that she
was out of town during the incident. Code Enforcement Officer Police Sgt. John
Irovando testified to the repeat violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondent Nora A. Barrett is in violation of Chapter
4, Article I, Section 4-7 of the Code of Qrdinances of the Vil{age of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall
be a�sessed in accordance with Section 4-6 of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Tequesta.
Should Respondent, Nora A. Barrett, repeat this violation, a fine of seventy-five
dollars ($75.�0) per day shall be assessed for each day the viotation continues
to exist.
A certified copy of this Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm
Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the
property of the origina{ amount upon which the violation existed and upon any
other real or personal property owned by the Respondents, pursuant to Chapter
162, Florida Statutes for the original amount.

Respondent Wendy Otowchits was present at the hearing. Code Enforcement
Officer Police Sgt. John Irovando testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondents Paul M. And Wendy Otowchits are in
violation of Appendix-A Zoning, Section X{L)(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Paul M. And Wendy
Otowchits, shall comply with Appendix A-Zoning Section X(L)(2) of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 20th day of August, 1999.
If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars
($50.00) per day shall be assessed fior each day the violation continues to exist.

Respondents Noe and Carolee Santamarina were not present at the hearing;
however, there was a finding of proper notice. Code Enforcement Officer Police
Sgt. John Irovando testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondents Noe and Carolee Santamarina are in
violation of Chapter 4, Article II, Sec. 4-13 of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Tequesta.
Speciai Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Noe and Carolee
Santamarina, shall compfy immediately with Chapter 4, Article II, Sec. 4-13 of the
Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
It is the Order of the Cade Enforcement Special Master that a fine of fifty dollars
($50.00) shall be assessed for the June 25, 1999 violation and fifty dollars
($50.00) for the August 6, 1999 violation. This fine is to be paid by the 24th day
of September, 1999.
Should Respondents Noe and Carolee Santamarina repeat this violation, a fine
of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the
violation continues to exist.
A certified copy of this Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm
Beach County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the
property of the original amount upon which the violation existed and upon any
other real or personal property owned by the Respondents, pursuant to Chapter
162, Florida Statutes for the original amount.
