Dear Mr. Michael Couzzo,
Our fee for this assignment is $2000. We will provide 3 printed copies of the report and a separate digital copy
in PDF form. The appraisal will be completed and delivered to within two weeks of this signed letter.
It is our understanding that the village of Tequesta owns the land and is contemplating selling the property.
The purpose of this appraisal is to provide a Market Value for a disposition decision. It is our understanding the
intended use of the report is to determine the current value for sale. The appraisal report will be addressed to
you, Michael Couzzo and The Village of Tequesta, and prepared according to the Uniform Standards of
Professional Appraisal Practice. You and the village of Tequesta are understood to be the only users of the
report. This appraisal report shall be solely for the use and purposes described in this paragraph unless we
provide our prior written consent.
If this proposal is acceptable, please authorize us to proceed by executing this letter agreement where noted
below and returning one copy to the undersigned. Should you have any additional questions, please do not
