WILLIAM E. SCHLUSEMEYER and ADELE R. SCHLUSEMEYEP.,
his wife, parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars and other ;ooa and valuable consid-
erations to them in hand paid by JUPITER WATER COMPANY, INC.,
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, transferred and
assigned unto the party of the second part, its successors and
assigns, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell,
transfer and assign unto the party of the second part, its
successors and assigns forever all of their right, title and
