If the licensee shall violate anq of the terms at�d condi-i tions of this license and shall not correct or reanedy saoa4e within ten (10� daps of receiving notice from the Board of County Com- missioners or one of its dulp authorized representatives, then and in that event said Board at its option, maq revoke, cancel and terminate this license. i � � 10. In the event that this license is assigned, it shall be the duty of the licensee within teM (10) daps after the e�fective date of an assi � gnment to advise the Board of County Commissioners �of the name and mailing address of the assignee. ii 11.
