KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That RINKER MATERIALS CORPORATION,

CU and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,

�� does hereby grant unto the Village of Tequesta, Florida, as Grantee, and
�� its successors and assigns, an easement forever for a right-of-way to be

-used for the construction, operation and maintenance of public utilities,
including, but not limited to, a sanitary sewerage system, water lines

M and storm sewers, in, over, upon and across the following described land

� situated in Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida, to wit:

� THE SOUTHERLY SIX FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
' A parcel of land in Section 30, Township 40 South, Range 43
� East, Palm Beach County, Florida, more particularly described

as follows:
� From the point of intersection of the South line of said
� Section 30 with the westerly right-of-way line of State Road
No. 5(U. S. Highway No. 1) as said right-of-way line is shown
on the plat of right-of-way of State Road No. 5 recorded in
Road Plat Book 2, Pages 105 to 118, inclusive, Public Records
of Palm Beach County, Florida, run westerly along the South
line of said Section 30, a distance of 472.93 feet; thence
northerly at right angles to the South line of said Section
30 a distance of 120 feet to the point of beginning and the
southeast corner of the parcel of land herein described;
thence continue along the same course northerly, a
of 180 feet; thence westerly, parallel to the South line of
said Section 30, a distance of 5.00 feet; thence northerly
at right angles to the preceding course, a distance of 5.39
feet; thence westerly, para11e1 to the South line of said
Section 30, a distance of 301.32 feet, more or less, to a
point in the easterly right-of-way line of the Old Dixie
Highway; thence southerly along said easterly right-of-way

226.29 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

such public utilities, and also the right to enter into and upon said
land to the extent necessary to maintain, reconstruct, inspect, alter,
improve, service, remove or relocate such public utilities.

It is hereby expressly provided that, if the above described
land is not used for the described purpose by the Grantee within
twenty-four (24) months hereof or in the event said use is abandoned
for a period of six (6) months, the title to the said above described
land sha11 immediately revert back to the Grantor, its successors and
assigns, and it or they sha11 have the right to immediately re-possess
the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Grantor has caused these presents to be
executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed by

I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, an officer duly
authorized in the State and County aforesaid to take acknowledgements,
personally appeared M. E. Rinker and J. F. Jackson, we11 known to me to
be the C.E.O. and Secretary, respectively, of RINKER MATERIALS CORP�RATION,
the corporation named as Grantor in the foregoing Deed, and that they
severally acknowledged executing the same freely and voluntarily under
authority duly vested in them by said corporation and that the seal
affixed thereto is the true corporate seal of said corporation.
