� T'his project includes 210 feet of ei6ht-inch water main plus a standard fire
_, hydrant and related appurtenances.

T'he northerly six feet of the following described property:
Parcel #1 - A parcel of land in the southwest auarter of Section 30, Township
40 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach CoLmty, Florida, more particularly described
as follows: From a point which is the intersection of the South line of said
Section 30 with the easterly right-of-way line of Old Dixie Highway rtm easterly
along said section line, a distance of 177.72 feet; thence northerly at right
angles to said section line, a distance of 120 feet; thence westerly parallel
to said section line, a distance of 25 feet; thence southerly at right angles
to the preceding course a distance of 100 feet; thence westerly parallel to and
20 feet North of the South line of said Section 30, a distance of 160.81 feet
to a point in the easterly right-of-taay li�e of said Cld �ixie Highway; thence
southerly along said easterly right-of-way line a distance of 21.58 feet to the
point of beginning.

point of intersection of the South line of said Section 30 with the westerly
right-of-way line of State Road No. 5(U. S. Highway #1), as said right-of-way
line shown on the plat of right-of-way of State Road No. 5 recorded in Road
Plat Book 2, Pages 105 to 118, inclusive, Public Records of Palm Beach CoLmty,
Florida, rim westerly along the South line of said Section 30, a distance of
497.93 feet; thence northerly at right angles to the South line of said Section
30, a distance of 70 feet to the point of beginning and the southeast corner
of the parcel of land herein described; thence continue along the same course
northerly a distance of 50 feet; thence westerly, parallel to the South line
of said Section 30, a distance of 201.29 feet, more or less, to a point in the
easterly right-of-way Iine of the Old Dixie Highway; thence southerly along
said easterly right-of-way line, a distance of 53.94 feet to a point in a line
