THIS INDENTURE made and entered into this 24th day of March, 1930, by
and between JERALD L. k�I3HRNIAN, Trustee and R. C. R. ENTERPRISES, INC., a Flori-
da corporation,being all of the participants in THE PINES OF JUPITER/TEQUESTA,
a joint venture, joined by THE PINES OF JUPITER/TEQUESTA CONDOMINIiTA'r ASSOCIA-
� TION, INC., a Flori�?a corporation not for profit, hereafter collectively re-
�r; ferred to as "Grantor"; and THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, a duly incorporated F1ori-

C; da municipal corporation, hereafter referred to as "Grantee", the terms ° `Grantor"
G�' and "Grantee" to include the respective successors and assigns of the parCies
hereto.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor, for good and valuable consideration, hereby grants un-

r to Grantee the following described easement located in Palm Beach County, Flo-
�-- rida:

��` An easement foz water transmissian and distribution purposes
`t over and across a strip of land twelve feet in width, the cen-
-' ter line of said strip of land being described as follows:

^J Commencing at a point in the South line of the parcel described
on Exhibit A attached hereto, which point is located forty feet
Easterly of the Southwest corner of said �arcel described in Ex-
hibit A; then North along a line parallel to and forty feet East-
erly of the GJest boundary of said parcel described in Exhibit A,
to a point one hundred ninety-five �eet South of the North line
of said parcel described in Exhibit A; then Westerly (perpendicu-
lar to the preceding course) to the West boundary of said parcel
described in Exhibit A. Provided, however, the location of said
easement shall be such as to include within its boundaries the six
inch water main, and provided further, the boundaries of said ease-
ment shall not encroach upon the boundaries of any of the apartment
buildings of THE PINES OF JUPITER/TEQUESTA CONDOMINIiJM.
Together wit'.�. all mains, pipes, valves and other equipment which
is appurtenent to said six inch water main. �
And the Grantee is aut].�orized to operate, maintain and repair said water dis- �

tribution system within the easement as there shall be occasion. In the event �
this six inch water main is ever abandoned or its operation discontinued, then -g7

this Grant of Easement shall automatically thereupon terminate and be of no fur- 0�3
force or effect. �
And the Grantor reserves until iCself the fu11 use and enjoyment of the
1 property covered by said easement, provided such use and enjoy:nent does not in-

FROM THE PINES OF JUPITER/TEQUESTA
TO THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA
From the Northwest corner of Government Lot 2, Section
31, Township 40 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County,
Florida, run Southerly along the Northerly extension of i
the East line of Riverside Drive Park, Section "A", as ;
recorded in Plat Book 27, page 233, Public Records.of
Palm Beach County, Fl�orida, a distance of 25.00 fe�t to
the Point of Beginning and the Northwest corner of the -
herein described prop��rty; thence continue Southerly
along said East line of Riverside Drive Park, Section
"A", a distance of 1059.40 feet; thence Easterly along
the line parallel with said North line of Government
Lot 2, a distance of 'Z50.00 feet;�thence Northerly along
the line parallel with said East line of Riverside Drive
- Park, a distance of 834_52 feet; to the beginning of a
curve concave to the West, having a radius of 410.94
feet, said curve being the Westerly line of a parcel of ;
land described in Official Record Book 1655, pages 964
and 965, Records of Palm Beach County, Florida;
thence Northerly along the arc of said curve subtending �
