WITNESSETH: � . , That the Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) to it in hand paid by the said Grantee, together with all other Covenants made by Grantee and contained herein has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee, the following described �asement situate, lying and ]�eing.in the County of Palm Beach and State of Florida, to wit: A tract of land in the Northwest auarter of Section 30, Township 40 Sou�h, Range 43 East, in the Village � of Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section " 30; thence due South (for conv�nience all bearings shown herein are based on an assumed meridian) along the West line of Section 30, a distance of 1,320.05 feet; thence South 89 40' 00" East, a distance of 354.90 feet to a point on the Northeast right of way lin� of Old Dixie Highway (State Road AlA) and the POINT OF BEGINNING of the hereinafter described tract; thence North 22� 23' 35" West along said Northeast right of way line, a distance of 48.Ob feet; thence North 67° 36' 25" East, a distance of 80.00 feet; thence South 22 23' 35" East, a distance of 81.57 feet; thence North 89° 40' 00" West, a distance of 86.73 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. FLA. l7402 I � , . , � For the purposes of con�truction, use and maintenance o� a Sewerage Lift Station, incluaing lines, valves, pumps and appurt�nances, and it shall be lawful for the Grantee to maintain and repair said way as there shall be occasion. ' In the event the Grantee should abandon said property, fail to use the same for the purposes outlined herein or maintain same as set forth hereinabove, the said property shall revert to the Grantors, their heirs and assigns.
