APARTMENTS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Delaware limited partnership, of 848
Brickell Avenue, Suite 810, Miami, Florida 33131, in the County of Miami-Dade, party
of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and no/100 ($10.00) Dollars
lawful money of the United States, to it paid by the VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, party of
the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
transferred and delivered, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, transfer and
deliver unto the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, the following
goods and chattels:
All water transmission mains and distribution facilities with
related appurtenances thereto along with recorded
easements as per plans and specifications for such project
as prepared by the engineer of record, Joseph Capra of
Captec Engineering, Inc., from water main of existing
iaciiiiies or tne v'iilage oi Tequesia to tne exiremities of
this project, which are contained in the plat known as
"Lighthouse Cove Apartments," recorded in Plat Boolc 85,
Pages 22-24, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County,
Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part,
executors, administrators and assigns forever.
AND, it does, for itself and its successors, heirs, executors and administrators,
covenant to and with the said party of the second part, its successors, administrators and
assigns, that it is the lawful owner of the said goods and chattels; tl�at tlley are free from
all encumbrances; that it has good right to sell the same aforesaid, and that it will warrant
and defend the sale of the said property, goods and chattels hereby made, unto the said
party of the second part, its successors, administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of all persons whomsoever.
