AE.L PARCELS hereinabove described are conveyed subject to ease-
ments, reservations and restrictions of record and taxes for the
year 1968 and thereafter.
PARCELS 1� 2, 3 and 4, conveyed hereir,above are granted to the
Grantee for the use of the public and the Grantee for ingress,
egress and travel and for the laying and maintaining of any
distribution water lines and mains� pumps and other equipment in
and above the pumping, storage and distribvtion of water.
TOGETHER Y�IiH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
beiQnging or in anywise appertaining.

AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that the Grantor is
lawfuliy seized of said land in fee simple; that the Grantor has good right �nd
lawful authority to seli and convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully
warrants the title to said land and w'sli defend the same against the lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumhrances.
