lines therein and thereunder installed.
AI.L PARCELS hereinabove described are conveyed subject to ease-
ments, reservations and restrictions of record and taxes for the
year 1968 and thereafter.
PARCELS 1� 2, 3 and 4, conveyed herein,above are granted to the
Grantee for the use of the public and the Grantee for ingress,
egress and travel and for the laying and maintaining of any
distribution water lines and mains, pumps and other equipment in
and above the pumping, storage and distribvtion of water.
TOGETfiER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD� the same in fee simple forever.•
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that the Grantor is
lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the Grantor has good right and
lawful authority to seil and convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully
warrants the title to said land and wili defend the same against the lawful claims
of ali persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
